good thinking ernesto - an animation is a great idea - what is your story?
if you can link it to one of your topics in class you would be showing how 'gatey' 'gate' kids can be.
good luck - what software will you use?

pivot! SO is this classed as a experiment? Or a tech thingy

neither - it is classed as you doing something interesting and showing you a re a good GATE student responding to stimulating ideas from your brilliant [and modest] teacher. you never asked if it was appropriate for science fair - please be accurate with your use of language and ask clear questions.
as fo rscince fair, you rdad siad you were lookign at mouldy food. you must clearly outline waht you intention, aim, hypothesis and method are to me adn then i will tell you if it's a valid science fair experiment.
just quietly, i suggest you simply do the wallchart given the time remaining.
listen to my advice.
